It's a lot of fun! The whole game is absurdist. You can hop in a jet, parachute out and whack a man with a giant phallic bat on the way down. You don't have to do that... but you can. You can customize all sorts of vehicles. There is a skill tree allowing you to level up your character as you see fit. Really... parents don't but this for your children, but adult gamers, don't pass this one up. It's crazy!

This wasn't what I wanted from a sequel, I was expecting over the top, that was fine, but the 180 in terms of look of the gang and world feel wasn't what I wanted at all. I didn't like the story, didn't care for the gangs in this one, and I didn't need the dubstep garbage, Saint's Row 2 with the engine of 3 would have been my type of game, this sadly wasn't, good engine, didn't care for the world.

This game exceeded all of my expectations I love this game. I made a character to look like my mom lol. It's like GTA but better! OMG just seeing that this game's average is B+ is depressing because this game is a true fun game. pUre fUn! You can tell that the creators over at Volition really took time and used imagination to make this game. I was and still am very impressed. I'mma play it again lol.

Offers a wide variety of activities along with amazing ways to create a character and great storylines. Creating a character is a game in itself, it's super fun we always compete to see who can make a better looking character or vice-versa. And there's a whole extra stuff to do.

As a person who fell in love with the charm of the first game, the third game in this series just feels wrong.

If you enjoy one long tutorial, and getting everything handed to you this is the game for you. If you enjoy an actual game, I'd pass this one up. Yeah it's fun for running around mindlessly blowing everything up, but somewhere along the way they lost the charm that was saints row.

A painfully obvious parody of Grand Theft Auto and similar, open world, third person, action-adventure series, this game is full of pointless violence and vapid humor. As leader of the Third Street Saints gang, your goal is to defeat rival gangs ("The Syndicate") and win the Steelport turf war. The best part of this game is the variety of customization options, including outfits and vehicles.

Tired of "realistic" and "gritty" games taking some of the fun out of gaming? Look no further. Imagine the writers of GTA or Heavy Rain getting VERY high and being told to just "go nuts". It's fun to play, hilarious, and capitalizes on the fun parts of these kinds of games.

Imagine phallic jokes THE GAME. If you have an immature sense of humor, sure get it. It's like GTA but with an obscene story line and is nothing like any of the other Saint's Row games. If you want a bigger phallic, put it on your character! Boast your ego a bit! Because pretty much that's what it is. Graphics are pretty good though.

The game itself is fun, it gives you the freedom of hitting random citizens on the street, but it also provides you with a decent and engaging storyline. The police can get a bit tedious, but that's probably the whole point -- to prevent it from turning into a mass-murdering game t hat just anyone can play.

Either way, it's fun customizing and shooting people. Try it out.

I have always loved the GTA games but after San Andreas they were not as good. Well Saints Row 3 filled that void for me. Its an awesome game that everyone should play. You can do all kinds of stuff and it has a lot of hidden comedy. If you are a gamer, play it.
