I think for someone who’s using a back support for the first time but has had back problems for years, the Obusforme back support is the best thing for my back. Since I am mostly doing work on my computer, I can now sit at my desk more frequently knowing I have some comfort as well as it will improve my posture and relieves back pain. I would definitely recommend to anyone with or without back pain. It’s a 10/0 for me!

I work from home the majority of the week so I thought this would be perfect with my office chair because it is lacking proper lower back support and although it did help with that, I don't think it worked well with my particular setup. It caused me to be pushed forward in the chair causing stiffness in my tailbone. So. Although it didn't work as I intended, I think with a different chair, it would be perfect.
