The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
This movie is absolute perfection, I became hooked from watching the very first movie and i needed to watch the others. It's filled with a lot of action and adventure, i really love the story. I could watch this again and again and i won't get tired of it. The actors and characters are really amazing. I would highly recommend seeing then recommend watching the hobbit afterwards.
First: It's too long. It's about 6 hours per movie. Second: It's very boring. I saw it the first time in high school after taking the California High School Exam (aka the CAHSE) in chem class and fell asleep not even after 5 minutes of the movie. It's great if you have insomnia and need something to help you to sleep.
Tolkein is a genius and he is the entire reason for most of our greatest series. The worlds he builds is absolutely amazing and stunning. His stories will never get old, and Elijah Wood is so dang fine!!! it's traditional fantasy at its finest. When i imagine a fantasy world Middle Earth is it.
I enjoy the Lord of the Rings movies. They are not as great as the book, but as far as book to film adaptations: this one is pretty spot on. The sets and costumes were phenomenal. I have not seen better filming locations in any other movie thus far.
THIS IS MY FAVORITE MOVIE OF THE TRILOGY FOR SURE. best part of the storyline and includes amazing new characters and adds a ton to the plot. Directing is killer, soundtrack is wonderful and overall I would always recommend a good LOTR binge!
Wonderful movie. All the men in my family love this movie, and the women like myself don't mind it either. The acting is great. The soundtrack is perfect, and the special effects are pretty amazing.
Great movie for all types of movie goers. Great story and is fun to watch with friends or family. They can be a little long but it's worth it.
If you don't like Lord of the Rings - then I don't know what to tell you. Amazing books and even more amazing movies. I love love this movie!
Excellent movie. The scenery, characters, story line....all are wonderful! Love the different style of movie that this is.
Seriously though. This is a amazing story. Love everything about it. BUT Jrr's freaking writing style, I just cannot! He literally details EVERYTHING! I'm a writer myself but even I think he gets carried away. Omg. There's a reason that the movies are 3hours long!
