It works initially then it stops working automatically and you might be thinking you are receiving the discount but actually you are not, till you see the receipt carefully (so its kind of deceiving). I contacted fuel rewards several times (assuming may this is the last time I taking pain) but no solution, also Shell was selling gas at significantly higher price than others (even more than top tire) I spent a lot more than I would have just take advantage of this useless reward programme. I have lot communication records with FuelRewards just in case anyone is interested in knowing what happened. FuelRewards employees please do not ask me share the details and all I already shared several times but it was futile.

I have attempted to use my 25 cents per gallon "reward" three times. The first two attempts ended with the apps erroring out. The third attempt ended up with me paying 40 cents per gallon MORE than I would have paid at a gas station across the street. The excuse from support on EVERY call I made was "we are having network issues" and "you'll have to call back, our support group is closed at this time". Read the BBB reviews and you'll see this is a total scam all across the board.
