It is so effective this rice water! Usually when I used makeup remover my skin goes red in the eyes area, but with this one not! It is feels so soft on my skin and it removes perfectly my makeup!

This eye & lip makeup remover is really good. It gently and cleanly removes the makeup from my face. It also works on waterproof makeup as well. There's a nice scent that goes with it and it doesn't leave an oily feeling to your face.
