This product is very easy to make. There are simple instructions on how to get the night guard to form to your teeth. There is a stove method and a microwave method. I personally used the stove method. Follow the quick and easy steps to have a great mouth guard for those of use who like to grind their teeth at night. This product was recommended by my dentist and I love it. This is my second kit. The first kit lasted over 5 years until I decided I should get a new one. I’ll still use the old one for travel, but not my every night mouth guard. That’s what the new kit is for. Same great quality as the first kit. Definitely recommend!
