First of all my girly loves that she has a pink calculator and she feels like the coolest kid. As a homeschool family we need so many resources and this calculator is absolutely perfect for basically any age with simple operations as well as more advanced for older kids. No battery, no problem on lifeline. No charger means I never need to think twice or make sure one more thing is charged for school. We've been using this one for about 3 years and still works great. Absolutely worth the price
