New beauty had a great black friday/cyber Monday deal at the end of last year. I and many others purchased and annual subscription and then this spring whether it was a glitch or human error we were all charged again! Everyone that contacted customer service was given a shoulder shrug and a "we'll bump it up the ladder" response. I emailed them, messaged them on instagram and also tried messaging on chat. I particularly like the (000) 000-0000 contact number they left in their copy and paste automated response. Didn't even bother to replace the phone number with their own! 0 response from the company and now they are sending tracking numbers for the boxes we didn't order. I am incredulous at the blatant disregard for their customer base. The box itself is pretty good and a decent value but after this incident I will definitely not be ordering with them again. All it would have taken was one email to the people that were charged with a half hearted apology and a refund for the erroneous charge but they couldn't even be bothered to do that. Bad customer service may not break a company when it's only one or two people affected but this was a HUGE promotion and many people were hit with the extra charge this spring. Only thing I can imagine is someone did the math that enough people will take the loss and maybe the company profits in the end but they have definitely lost my trust and business after this.

Fist of all, the Test Tubes do not come in the cylinder shaped containers like the ones you have pictured. Subscriptions used to be every other month, USED TO BE. Now they are quarterly and they definitely come in flat cardboard boxes. Once I receive my Fall TestTube, $68 and by Fall VIP box, which I paid $119 for I will add to my review. Now I see that they have celebrities endorsing their services, but in my opinion, that comes at a cost. During one of their Talkshoplive! events this summer, where they showcased the products in their Summer VIP Box, they have periiodic prize giveaways. Much to my surprise, I was one of the 5 winners of their 1st event giveaways. I was so excited, but to my dismay, I received no prize and subsequently have spent the last 4 months trying to resolve this matter with New Beauty's customer service.

In August I paid for my yearly subscription, and at the beginning of September I was charged again. Notified them 8 days ago they are saying I’ve been refunded but when I talk to my bank it has not been refunded. Their mistake has cost me extra money and THEY DON’T CARE. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS AT ALL… I GAVE THEM A 1 BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING LOWER TO GIVE THEM.
