Product Description

Yuca
(Cassava) The lightest of color of the TERRA® Chips, pale yellow-white.

Taro
(also known as Malanga and Dasheen) The white chip with the characteristic purplish-brown lines.

Sweet potato, a root vegetable often called a yam, is not really a yam at all, but rather a distinct variety of the Ipomea Batata family. Cultivated for thousands of years in the Western Hemisphere, sweet potatoes have become an important part of traditional American cuisine.

Parsnip
A member of the same family as carrots, fennel, parsley, celery, celeriac and chervil.

Batata
(Boniato or Cuban Sweet Potato) Light brown in color, yet darker than the Yuca. Batata has been savored in the Caribbean for centuries.

Ingredients:

A seasonal mix of root vegetables (taro, sweet potato, taro [colored with beet juice]), canola oil, and/or safflower oil and/or sunflower oil, salt.

This used to be my fav chips but with age comes other issues on has to take extra care off. This is delicious flavor but the chips are extremely hard and if your teeth can’t handle pieces getting stuck in between, best to avoid it or soak in some dip or sauce.

I think these have a really nice taste and are a nice alternative to traditional chips. The one drawback is the texture. They aren't as light and crispy as a traditional chip and some taste as if they were soaked in oil.

These taste like a salty heaven. I like to pretend that they're healthy, which I suppose they are if you can resist eating the whole bag!

Nom Nom Nom! These chips are so delicious! Beautifully packaged and beautifully presented, these would be the star of any lunch, snack or party! There are six different varieties in this mix. There are: taro, sweet potato, batata, pasnip, yuca and ruby dipped! Each one has a distinct flavor. I am anxious to try the Mediterranean version. If this variety is any indicator, the Mediterranean version will be delicious as well.

I LOVE THESE CHIPS! they taste great, and are healthier than most chips on the market. These chips are exotic, and not overly salted. There is a combination of flavors, and each chip tastes great. They range in a variety of natural colors and patterns.
