Picture on right is what I ordered with the hummingbird, with lots of roses and the premium package with chocolates for my dying mother the loves these things and what I received was put together by a 2 year old. NO CHOCOLATES, FEW ROSES AND NO HUMMINGBIRDS. Company should go to jail for false advertising.

I was very disappointed when I saw a picture of what arrived to my friend! It was much less full and colorful than what I ordered, which was ther deluxe size of the bee pitcher bouquet. It should have included orange and pink roses, but instead there were no oranges, too many greens, not enough flowers, and not even a bee pitcher. It was a different colored pitcher with a dragonfly. I will not order from Teleflora again. You can not trust that they will deliver what you ordered, so their communications with and/or choice of local florists seems to be lacking.

I would not use Teleflora again and wish I had read the reviews before this terrible experience. I ordered flowers for a funeral that were not provided. I was not notified until after the funeral passed so there was no way I could correct the situation. I paid extra for delivery and ordered a sympathy card none of which was delivered. Teleflora should not advertise 24-48 delivery for funerals if it has no way to supply this. This is false advertising and marketing and should not be allowed.
