I have just discovered loose leaf Tea a little over a year ago... Prior to that, any tea I made was with a tea bag. After becoming accustomed to the superior flavor and freshness of loose leaf... I no longer purchase tea bags and I've also tried teas outside of my comfort zone (which is pretty much black tea). This is an Herbal blend which contains no caffeine. This blend is meant to help calm any anxiety and help you relax. Not only that, but it tastes amazing. I'm also a fan of the Tranquil Dreams which is more for sleep

I love this tea company. I will not go without their teas. In my opinion they are the bomb,
