Absolutely love this, got this as a gift and just can’t believe how creative it is. I definitely have continue the tradition and getting them for gifts because you don’t realize you need something until you have it. The flavor is good and he doesn’t need a toothpick

The toothpicks are birchwood infused with cinnamon tea tree oil and menthol it definitely has a zesty invigorating flavor do you to the tree oil‘s natural antiseptic properties which help and freshen breath and kill bacteria that causes plaque and tartar. It’s a very long lasting flavor… It also states on the back that it can aid to those giving up smoking. I’m not sure about that claim as I do not smoke but I can tell you these toothpicks are very zesty as they like to say in my opinion they’re very strong if you keep it in your mouth too long definitely feel the burn on your tongue but it’s a nice cinnamon flavor which I do enjoy… Also the pointed and helps get those nasties out of your teeth ( Think after eating a steak dinner or corn on the cob LOL) I like the fact that these toothpicks are natural and that the oils derived from the Teatree or natural as well. You must like the flavor of cinnamon to enjoy these toothpicks!!!
