Tengo alrededor de 8 años con mi televisor tcl Roku nunca me ha fallado a pesar de que tiene algunos toques en la pantalla no me ha dado problemas para nada tiene una visibilidad espectacular unos colores profundos pero también unos altavoces muy potentes El material es muy resistente ya que tengo más de 8 años como anteriormente había dicho nunca me ha fallado y espero que me dure muchos años más. A veces amanece prendido y no ha presentado ninguna falla ni se apaga solo a menos que yo lo programe.

For the price this is a pretty good TV. It's slim features are attractive and makes it look good if you're mounting to a wall. The picture is exceptional it's very colorful Has enough ports for basic needs. Sound isn't the best and had a hard time getting it yo pair with my phone and other equipment. The remote control is on the longer side but functional. Overall a nice TV for a budget

Yes they r very helpfull it always pulls up exactly what I ask for the picture qualityis amazing. The sound is great it connected to the Internet without issues. The remote works perfectly.
