I bought this in December but by June it was freezing up and would not work. We contacted customer service which has been a nightmare. They couldn’t understand English so they kept saying it was a tv. Then, we finally got a person who told us it met the requirements of the warranty and we had to cut the cord and send pics. We did but they said they didn’t have any of these units so I screenshot a picture where they were in stock. They said in 7-10 business days, our new one would be shipped. It’s been way longer and nothing. It did take the humidity out of the air and was easy to use.
