We love us some pork roll in our family! Since moving to the south it’s been so hard to find it in stores! The flavor is amazing and you get a good amount for the price. Plus, it’s super easy to cook! When we find it we stock up!!

I’m from NJ, where the debate of is it Taylor ham or is it pork roll will always exist(it’s pork roll btw LOL) Nothing beats a pork roll, egg and cheese on a hard roll or bagel, SPK(if you know, you know) I live in NC now and it’s not easy to find. I actually found thick cut slices at Wegman’s, which I found cooks better at home. I just don’t have that griddle to get it perfect. How to describe pork roll? It looks like bologna, doesn’t taste like bologna. It’s as if bacon and ham had a baby.

We love this brand of pork roll! The precut slices are great for saving some time. Easy to heat up and toss on a breakfast sandwich with some egg and cheese. The best New Jersey breakfast!
