These are great! I always "free-balled" it when grilling meats...and, inevitably, I would over cook chicken and under cook steak. Now, everything comes out perfect. I've tried the cheaper plastic versions & these are much more accurate.

I really can't read the glow in the dark part, but since I never grill in the dark it's not a big deal.
