I just barely discovered these and they are absolutely delicious. I'm a big ginger fan. The cookie is very crispy and tastes like a Carmel cookie. I like the added little ginger chews in the cookie. These are the best thing gluten free that I have found.

These are so great! They are thin & crispy with delightful chunks of candied ginger. It has a caramel-y vibe. I will be buying a second bag immediately!
