I love these lashes. My go-to set is center of attention. I use them for glam looks, when I want volume. The lash band is on the thicker side, so I usually bend them a bit before using them and blend them in using eyeliner.

These “Girl Boss” lashes from Tarte are gorgeous and really deliver on drama. The layered look gives tons of volume, and the clear flexi-band is a major plus — it hugs the lashline nicely and makes them more comfortable than rigid bands usually are. I love the effect when these are on: super fluttery and eye-catching. That said, they’re a bit more intense than I personally prefer for daily wear. If I’m doing makeup for work or a casual outing, these feel a little over the top. But for nights out, photos, or any time I want full impact — they absolutely shine. A few specifics: The size and weight are noticeable: they’re heavier and fuller than natural lashes, so there’s a slight adjustment period. After wearing them for a few hours, I noticed my lids felt a bit tired (not painful, just aware). Reuse is possible, and with gentle handling the band and layers seem durable — they’ve survived a couple of uses without losing shape. Application is decent: the clear band helps make blending with liner easier than with a thick black band would. Removal was comfortable too, though you do need a good remover so you don’t tug. Overall, these lashes are beautiful and high quality, and if you want something bold, they’ll absolutely do the job. If you prefer something more subtle, these might be saved for special occasions.

I got the wifey style. I really like them but I find the lash band itself to be kind of stiff. I guess it depends on your eye shape though. I have repurchased these.
