I really like this lip liner. I have purchased this lip liner as well as other products from Tarte. I find the lip liner stays on my lips and gives them definition.

The application is pretty nice and the pigments is good! Texture is smooth while packaging is nice and it barely has a smell not too bad at all..!!

This is my daily go to lip liner. It’s smooth, does not smear or ball up when applying (my favorite aspect), and it fades into a natural looking lip. I typically wear it with a moisturizing lippie or a plumper. This picture was hours after applying, but I still have a very subtle touch of color on my lips. I have tried so many different lip liners. Trust me on this one.
