in my opinion a liquid lipstick/ bullet lipstick hybrid, velvety formula, doesn’t dry out lips or show texture. once it dried down it didn’t transfer! I bought it on clearance at ultra around the holidays but would pay full price!

This is my second color of the Tarte Sugar Rush Sugar Coat Velvet Liquid Lipstick. I had never experienced a formula like this -- it goes on so soft and smooth and creamy but is matte! I liked my first one so much that I bought this second color. I really like the packaging as well -- the yellow honeycomb and yellow cap. It does dry out my lips a bit by the end of the day, but not as bad as other matte lippies that I've tried. I recommend this product.

I am obsessed with this lipstick! First off the packaging is just way to cute I adore the honey cold design. As much as I love cute packaging it’s the product that has to do it right! Well this lipstick hits all my notes!It isn’t drying It feels great going onNo weird or over powering scent It stays in place for hours. One thing I quickly realized is this is not a liquid matte lipstick . It’s not a gloss either thankfully. Instead it’s like a lauding version of a regular lipstick. It dries down but does so a bit slower and it’s never fully transfer proof. It doesn’t get everywhere either though. Instead it drys into a lovely feeling lipstick that has staying power that you could probably work with to create an all day lipstick. Then there the color! I’m obsessed with it because it goes with every single look I have tried! It’s my perfect nude!
