Tarte lash hugger eco friendly natural mascara is wonderful. I have problems with mascara’s bugging my eyes. The make them itch and the whites turn red. With Tarte I didn’t have any problem. I wore it all day. It stayed on, didn’t flake or irritate my eyes.
