The Tarte Double-Ended Highlighter Brush is a great tool that works well with both powder and cream products. It easily blends out liquid highlight and gel bronzer as well. The fuller side works best for diffusing powders on the cheekbones. The smaller, more dense brush works best for blending out product in the under eye area. This is one of the Tarte brushes I use most. It was less that $30 on the brand website and is a nice addition to any collection.
