Our son had been happily brushing his teeth with [product:toms-silly-strawberry-fluoride-free-kids-toothpaste-42oz-each] but we knew that mixing it up would be a good idea. So we ordered the [product:tanners-tasty-paste-cha-cha-chocolate-toothpaste-pack-of-3] and [product:tanners-tasty-paste-tanners-tasty-paste-banilla-bling-anti-cavity-fluoride-toothpaste-with-xylitol-vanilla-ice-cream-42-oz] to add some variety to our toothbrushing bag of tricks. What we learned over time (pre pandemic) was that many of our friends children didn't enjoy brushing their teeth and that part of the reason they were reluctant brushers was the toothpaste! At least three other families were turned onto Tanner's Tasty Paste thanks to the tubes in our bathroom!
These days many families struggle with the reformulated Tom's of Maine Strawberry toothpaste - and whenever I see a mom lamenting the swap to the new formula I share the Tanner's chocolate and vanilla as a safe option for their family.
My dental hygienist recommended this toothpaste for my 9 year old that does like like mint. He was using a different toothpaste along with good dental hygiene (with help from me) and was still getting cavities. He loves the way this tastes and makes me smell his breath when he's done. It definitely has a chocolate taste and smell. Here's hoping for no more cavities!
