One star is for the $90pm unlimited for magenta 55+ for 2 iPhones, autopay and one star for their consistent billing. THAT Is the only thing that they get right.
Every time I call TMobile due to a problem it takes at least 3 to 4 agents to assist me. They give you their long and drawn out script And never resolve an issue.
I wish I’d never left Verizon Wireless, even though they cost about $50 more per month. You get what you pay for. I’ve had to return phones two times, and on each occasion with the initial agent who said that they were going to take care of it, never did. Leading me to call back at least 2 to 4 times. I don’t know what is wrong with that bunch but I am so done with them. I will try to keep my communication to a minimum with TMobile.
