Having 2 dogs and a cat, and hardwood floors in my house I needed something that could get all the hair up. This does that! I love that I can use it without the pads as well for just quick picks ups. But for all the dust and hair those little pads are a lifesaver! [product:swiffer-sweep-&-trap-kit]
The pads work wonderfully and the kit is a good price. The broom itself is a bit flimsy and I have replaced mine a couple times. I also use this with wet swiffer wipes as well so it was not made to withstand any significant force on it. Be relatively gentle and it works fine. Overall, it's a great idea and I'd recommend. Wish the pads were reusable though.
I don't like it I love all swiffer products this is a fail it doesn't pick up a small area of crumbs figured it was convenient cause I have a 1 year old that takes food all over but no it's not good don't recommend it
My husband bought me one of these so that I wouldn't have to bend down and scoop up trash after sweeping and it was very helpful. It picks up little things like cereal, bottle caps, and crumbs but it does NOT pick up large balls of paper or dirt.
Okay so I used to have one of these it does do the job it says it does as far as picking up objects off the floor but don't expect it to pick up micro mini crumbs off the floor because it will not you're better off using a broom and dustpan or one of those floor vacuum cleaners
My sister just bought a swiffer for her floor and she says it's pretty good and it gets a lot of the dirt and you can see the results and why and how much dirt you are picking up . You can buy it's anywhere
The best way to use this is on tile/hardwood before mopping. It's very good at getting bigger things up and hair, dust, etc. but it doesn't give an incredible clean.
Got this as a present and i feel in love with it always cleaning with this especially if you have a small place its worth it my even has it for her rv which she loves does clean a lot

My entire house, with the exception of bedrooms, is tile. All of it. I have 2 sons who are yr round athletes, a lab who thinks he's an indoor cat, and a husband who coaches baseball and football but also works the streets dept for our city. My floors need swept every minute of every day! This makes my job much easier and I don't know what I'd do without swifter products in my life!

Been using sniffer products from the very beginning. These sweep pads pick up all the hair and dust in my room. I will also use a pad to wipe off surfaces or behind large electronics! Make sure to pick up any small rocks or additional debris because this pad would only drag it along the floor which can result in scratching (rip my cubic inch of hardwood floors)
Q & A
How's this on laminate flooring?
Will this product also work for kitchen floors because I have carpet but my kitchen floors I hate to sweep will this work
Would you say this cleans up filth easier than a standard broom? I have been in search of something that doesn't put so much strain on my back like standard sweeping does. I need something that gets the job done, so I can use my Swiffer wet jet afterwards and not smearing leftover dirt on the floor.
I'm really looking into purchasing one of these. Is it worth it? Are there any real cons to this product? How much does a starter kit cost?
