So i received a sample when i purchased my sweet sweat band! Meh i wasnt ever commited so i was unsure! Well i started working out steadily and refound this sample! Ive been working on my back and after buying the full sized product and being able to.use more product! the amount of sweat compared to before was crazy! My whole back was drenched usually their would be a gap from.where i sweat but not w this my whole back was soaked! And i did my same workout 2mi in 35min (8mi a week) so nothing was different but that!

It actually does help you sweat in those places were you normally find it difficult to sweat. Only thing im skeptical about is it helping me lose inches rather than just water
