I usually add a couple packets into my hot coffee. I generally like my coffee black, but this gives it just the right amount of flavor without being too sweet.

It can be a substitute for sugar. Anything you would use for sugar you use sweet n low it's a artificial sweetener. It's very popular for diabetics that can't eat sugar. So they use this to substitute it. And not just that, I think it's the only one that I've tried that have the least after taste they usually give. I love it in my coffee it's so delicious.

I don't because it is bad for your body and is a known carcinogen when used for prolonged periods of time. Nothing beats real sugar (or unsweetened foods) or natural sweeteners like honey and agave. Do your body a favor and use it as seldom as possible.
