I absolutely love this hydra liner! It’s so easy to use, just add a drop of water and stir a bit until your brush is fully covered in product, the the liner glides smoothly as you apply. This stays on all day as long as you don’t get water on your look.

Gives you so much pigmentation, and the texture is nice and smooth. Does stay put for a long amount of time and applies really easy. I like applying more than one layer for my liking.

My go to White eyeliner... It's pigmented It stays all day long and I have anything bad to Say about It...I used the neon ones too and they're also really good
