10 reviewsThis is probably my favorite blend from Penzey’s. It’s great on everything, but extra good on eggs! I also like it on pasta and veggie bowls. I always have a jar of this in my cabinet.
I love this herb blend. It’s great in chicken pot pie, on grilled fish, salads. The flavors are delicate; tarragon and shallot are the most pronounced. I’ve purchased this several times and will definitely continue to!
I love everything Penzey’s but this is one of my most always have on hand of their blends. I love mixing it in with a good unsalted butter to smear on a nice crusty table bread then bake for 10-15 minutes. It is great sprinkled on a baked potato as well. Once you start using it you will find new uses for it.
