What it is:
A quick-absorbing, medicated dry oil to clear congested pores, treat and prevent acne, and smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles for clearer, smoother skin.

If you want to know more…
With 1.5 percent salicylic acid, this fast-acting, quick-drying, medicated oil clears acne and blackhead-causing buildup and debris from congested pores for smoother, blemish-free skin. Tea tree oil and black cumin seed oil support clear skin, while hexylresorcinol and licorice naturally brighten the appearance of old acne discolorations for a more even-toned complexion.
Counterbalancing the potentially drying effects of salicylic acid, milk thistle and cucumber seed oil nourish the skin and smooth the appearance of lines and wrinkles, without leaving a greasy residue. Chamomile and neroli soothe stressed, blemish-prone skin.

What else you need to know:
"When I formulated U.F.O., I wanted to create a dry oil that practically disappears into the skin, leaving oily skin smooth (but never greasy) and yet effectively treated for blemishes and blackheads. Salicylic acid is notoriously over-drying, leaving your skin stripped and looking irritated. By infusing salicylic acid into clarifying oils (like tea tree oil and black cumin seed oil), the drying effects of salicylic acid are nipped in the bud, while all of the treatment aspects (like clearing congested pores and managing blackheads and blemishes) are in full-force. U.F.O. is part of the new Green Line, along with Martian Mattiyfing Melting Water-Gel Toner, created specifically for oily skin clients."—Sunday Riley

Sunday Riley U.F.O. Ultra-Clarifying Face Oil
- "Absolutely OBSESSED with this! Keeps all my stubborn acne at bay! I apply twic a day sometimes, once in the am, and once at night. Has a strong natural scent but I actually like it. It is very gentle especially for my sensitive skin. It is an oil, but it works like a charm for oily skin. Wouldn't buy any other serum! " in 93 reviews
- "Just bought this oil, and immediately after putting it on I can feel my breakouts soothed and the light tingling from the salicylic acid so I know it's working. For my normally oily, retinol-dried out skin, it's hydrating enough for daytime use." in 78 reviews
I love this product. I picked up a sample at Sephora and it's been doing wonders clearing up my skin. The scent is a little strange, predominately a mix of licorice, tea tree, and rosemary, but not one of those stronger than the other. It does kind of sit on my skin, but doesn't feel greasy or uncomfortable.
I didn’t really like the smell of this and I felt like it didn’t do much for me so I stopped using it. I’m glad that it didn’t make me oily though. I think if I gave it another shot I would maybe like it because I do like Sunday Riley’s Saturn mask and maybe I just need to use it for a lot longer to see the results.
I bought this product to use when my skin was problematic. It is definitely a good option, but not as amazing as the Luna oil. I think I was expecting the same type of extraordinary results. I do like and use the U.F.O. oil here and there. But for me and my personal skin needs, the Luna oil is my go to.
I thought the Sunday Riley UFO line is great for acne prone skin. I bought mine at Sephora.com. It did not break my skin out and is extremely light. I found it very effective to treat my acne and provide moisture to help clear acne scars. I definitely recommend trying this if you have problem skin.
I think this face oil has saved my skin! The smell is a little earthy but totally worth it! I have very sensitive skin and was so worried that this was going to dry out my skin or cause me to break out but it hasn't. I highly recommend this product.
This product has helped my pores and break outs a lot. My breakouts don't get dry and flaky but they do diminish much faster using this. The smell is pretty hard to deal with but if you can see past it, the product does work. The price is steep but that's to be expected with Sunday Riley products.
I'm obsessed with this oil. My nose tends to get oily and I do get some blackheads. Since it's a dry oil, I use it just on my nose and a regular oil everywhere else. I use it before I go to sleep and I see a big difference when I wake up. It is a little bit on the pricier side but it's so worth it.
This product smells awful, but dont let that deter you. I have huge black heads on my nose and this stuff does a great job of pulling all that dirt and grime from deep in your pores, without irritating you like a chemical peel would. Definitely pricey so try and get a sample first if you can.
I recently added this to my night time skin routine. It was a tough pill to swallow at 80$ but I'm glad I did. I use 2-3 drops of this before I go in with my moisturizer after I've applied retinol. I feel that if helps treat my acne before I have break outs and keeps my pores clear. Absolutely a must and I will never go wth out it.
This oil is great - never leaves me feeling greasy and has been essential in getting rid of the little bumps I get around my chin/jawline. Unfortunately, this product has a terrible smell that makes me hesitant to use it. If you don't like fragrant products, avoid this. Otherwise, it's a great oil.
