Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil
Luna works throughout the night to deliver more visibly youthful, luminous, even-toned skin in the morning. Trans-retinoic acid ester (retinol) complex reduces the appearance of pores and wrinkles, while visibly improving the signs of premature aging, including fine lines, uneven texture, age spots, dryness, and dullness. Balanced with blue tansy and German chamomile essential oils—both rich in soothing, blue azulene—the look of redness and sensitivity are visibly balanced for a calm, even-toned complexion. Luna is clinically proven to improve the appearance of fine lines, radiance, and skin smoothness in as little as four weeks, while advanced retinol ester mixed with potent botanicals makes this product the ultimate transformational, soothing, sleeping night oil.

Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil
- "Hands down, my favorite skincare product I've ever used. I've been using the Luna oil for over 6 months now and am so impressed with the change in my skin! I have very sensitive skin that is prone to redness, irritation, and breakouts. Retinoids typically cause major dryness and peeling with my skin, but not with the Luna oil! My skin is brighter, with a more even tone and texture, and my breakouts are far and few between! When I do break out, I find that the inflammation clears much clearer than it used to. I even had to change to a lighter foundation shade because of how much clearer my skin became!" in 198 reviews
- "I got a couple samples of this from Sephora and it lasted so long! It didn't take me long to fall in love with this product! It's so useful for hydrating and lightening dark spots! It definitely exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend this product even though it's expensive. Worth it!" in 192 reviews
This will be a definite repurchase. While it is pricey it works wonders. This is one of my favorites. I notice when I wake up my skin is hydrated and plump. It’s clear to but I don’t know if it’s this or what. It has help with scars and damage to my skin. It’s amazing. A little goes far too. Recommend
I really love and need skin oils as I have dry skin and yet I would like my face to have a luminous finish. This skin oil is a favorite, but it absorbs quickly, so I feel that I need to reapply throughout the day. Nonetheless, this is a beautiful oil that supplies instant hydration!
I purchased this two weeks ago and while I haven't used this product for a long time, I can honestly say that I really love this product and have seen an improvement in the quality of my skin. I have always had sensitive, dehydrated, combination skin that would get oily yet flakey in the t-zone and I would get monthly breakouts along my jawline and chin. This year, I got off hormonal birth control and my skin went out of control, producing more oil and going from monthly breakouts to constant breakouts, spreading to my cheeks and temples and leaving dark marks.
I'm obsessed with this product. I received a sample from sephora a while ago and immediately went out to purchase it. It's very pricy but I only use it a few times a week because it contains retinol so it has lasted me a very long time. Well worth it. My face feels like a baby tushie in the morning.
I only just started using this product, so I’m a little undecided as to how I feel about it. It has phenomenal reviews, but I’m guessing it takes a few weeks of repeated use to see results. I do find my skin feeling smooth the next day after using it. The main thing that is keeping me from liking it is the smell. It has a very particular strong smell that I’m not a fan of. Also beware, if you rub it anyway near your eyes it will irritate them!
I have dry, acne prone skin. My pores are usually clogged because of foundation. I don’t use this product everyday but when I do use it, the next morning my face looks refreshed and hydrated. My pores look better and my active acne look calmer. I used the sampler in the beginning of the year but I recently purchased the later size. And even though it’s an oil, it doesn’t leave my skin oily. It absorbs nicely into the skin.
Q & A
I keep hearing about the Luna Oil, and the Good Genes. Do you have to use both, or is one better than the other? If I were to only buy one, which one is the MUST have item???
Is this worth the hefty price tag? Will this help my skin if I am currently suffering from active breakouts? Also, is there any stinging? I ask because I use good genes and if there is any broken skin, it burns so much!
Would I put this on after I put on your moisturizer for the night or can I skip the moisturizer and just add this?
I see this in every social media am dying to try it is this good for oily skin? I have never use any retinol products will this make me dry?
Everyone is talking about ! But is it really working and Howlong did you wait before seing a difference ?
