Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil
Luna works throughout the night to deliver more visibly youthful, luminous, even-toned skin in the morning. Trans-retinoic acid ester (retinol) complex reduces the appearance of pores and wrinkles, while visibly improving the signs of premature aging, including fine lines, uneven texture, age spots, dryness, and dullness. Balanced with blue tansy and German chamomile essential oils—both rich in soothing, blue azulene—the look of redness and sensitivity are visibly balanced for a calm, even-toned complexion. Luna is clinically proven to improve the appearance of fine lines, radiance, and skin smoothness in as little as four weeks, while advanced retinol ester mixed with potent botanicals makes this product the ultimate transformational, soothing, sleeping night oil.

Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil
- "Hands down, my favorite skincare product I've ever used. I've been using the Luna oil for over 6 months now and am so impressed with the change in my skin! I have very sensitive skin that is prone to redness, irritation, and breakouts. Retinoids typically cause major dryness and peeling with my skin, but not with the Luna oil! My skin is brighter, with a more even tone and texture, and my breakouts are far and few between! When I do break out, I find that the inflammation clears much clearer than it used to. I even had to change to a lighter foundation shade because of how much clearer my skin became!" in 198 reviews
- "I got a couple samples of this from Sephora and it lasted so long! It didn't take me long to fall in love with this product! It's so useful for hydrating and lightening dark spots! It definitely exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend this product even though it's expensive. Worth it!" in 192 reviews
I absolutely love Sunday Riley (despite the high prices). Cute packaging and cute names for her products. I use this every night before Good Genes. I’m oily and this is the first oil I’ve ever tried. It’s fast absorbing, the smell is so good, and it leaves my skin plump and soft in the morning! Great retinol product.
I have really been loving this product! I used this in conjunction with good genes. My skin has improved drastically and I noticed a difference after the first week. My skin is smoother and my dark spots have been improving. The fine lines in my face have diminished and I have been getting complemented for my glow and I believe this oil was the reason! I even use it when I am not using good genes it so great my skin thanks me the next morning!
This stuff is amazing. It has really transformed my skin in a matter of weeks. I was using it every night in combination with the Sunday Riley Good Genes in the daytime however, I've recently switched to using it every other night. It dried my skin out a little with the over use of the product (I'm guessing from the retinoids). It's definitely pricey and I'm not sure I could keep repurchasing this product which is a shame but it is definitely a good product to splurge on if you have the extra money.
I absolutely love this. I have noticed a little difference in my face. It is brighter, seems more plump. I have noticed less definition in my fine lines. I had purchased the smaller size but have since purchased the full size! I use this every other night since it is a retinoid. I alternate products with this. If you are uncertain, purchase the half size at sephora and see what you think. It took about 1 month before I noticed a huge change.
I love Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil. I tried a sample before purchasing it from Sephora because it is a little pricey. I have sensitive skin and it didn’t cause any break outs. A little bit definitely goes a long way. My skin felt smooth and amazing by morning. I would also use Good Genes in the morning.
I'm 33 and was wanting something to help restore a bit of youthfulness to my skin, this product did the trick! It smells wonderful, like a cup of chamomile tea and absorbs quickly into your skin. It's blue and the tint goes away after massaging it into your skin for a couple seconds. It's not greasy at all and you wake up with glowing skin! It's also improved the smoothness of my skin, its baby soft. Another great product from Sunday Riley!
I have only ever used this product in combination with the Good Genes serum as it's recommended. I think they work well together, but I do find that if I use it multiple days back to back, I'll get little white heads on my face. So I try to only use the duo 2-3 times a week. It makes my skin look bright, rejuvenated, pores look smaller and my skin just has a nice glow! I don't really know if I'll repurchase since I love my Drunk Elephant serum so much
I LOVE THIS OIL. Yes it is pricey but you only need 2 drops for your entire face. At first I used this as a night time oil but then I tried using it as a moisturizer one morning before I applied my foundation and it was the greatest thing I have ever done. I have not gone back to using a lotion moisturizer since. When I would apply this at night, my face was still moist. (This wasn't a problem for me.) I put this on and apply my foundation and it gives me a dewy and hydrating effect all day. You have to get used to the smell but thats going to be the least of your problems. Invest in this!
I use this every night I have a back up and a travel size. This is the love of my life. I started this in conjunction with AHAs and good gene about a month ago and what I have seen is this a reduction of hyper pigmentation, texture on face. I had a red rash from a reaction to a foundation and this kicked its dupa and boom it is gone. My fine lines around my eyes are looking less defined and my skin looks brighter. This is a winner
Did a 2 week trial of this with good genes. Didn't want to believe it was working because of price. Then my boyfriend commented on my skin. From then I was sold. Pumped to have a night skin routine that is effective. Finally!!! Buy as power couple to save money. You get same volume of both for $170 vs $210. You're welcome.
Q & A
I keep hearing about the Luna Oil, and the Good Genes. Do you have to use both, or is one better than the other? If I were to only buy one, which one is the MUST have item???
Is this worth the hefty price tag? Will this help my skin if I am currently suffering from active breakouts? Also, is there any stinging? I ask because I use good genes and if there is any broken skin, it burns so much!
Would I put this on after I put on your moisturizer for the night or can I skip the moisturizer and just add this?
I see this in every social media am dying to try it is this good for oily skin? I have never use any retinol products will this make me dry?
Everyone is talking about ! But is it really working and Howlong did you wait before seing a difference ?
