I have a lot of pain in different parts of my body so I use this pretty much all day at work and then at night. The covers are removable and washable which is perfect. I like the 2 hour autoshutoff feature in case I fall asleep or forget to shut it off before I go to bed/leave work. They're pretty durable and I use mine a LOT so for them to last over a year is really good to me others they're probably going to last longer.
