This is the worst airline experience I’ve ever encountered…My 76-year-old father is currently stranded at Minneapolis, MN airport, needing to fly to Washington, DC on flight number 223. The flight has been delayed three times, now exceeding 5 hours. He doesn’t speak English well, he’s a tourist, and he’s feeling unwell. Despite this, the company hasn’t been able to assist him.This will be the first and last time I purchase a ticket with Sun Country Airlines…

The flight’s price makes up for a lot so I can’t complain too much. And there’s a free drink which is more than Spirit offers. They didn’t hassle me about bag size thankfully but I did see other people having issues. The flight attendants weren’t as friendly as I’ve come to like from Delta but they got the job done. There were several times when I think the pilot probably could have made better announcements but we all made it to the destination in one piece so there’s that too. You definitely get what you pay for in terms of comfort with the cheaper flights vs the more expensive airlines so keep that in mind on long flights vs short flights. If I’d have been on the plane longer than an hour and a half I think I’d have gone crazy.
