Sun-Bird Beef & Broccoli is a great spice for Asian style cooking. I use about 4 packages of this when we make it. I make the sauce first and marinate my steak in 1/2 first. Then the rest when we cook it. I marinate because we use this when we grill. I also leave a enough out to use as extra when the meal is ready to eat. The sodium content is pretty high. Its 7%, so that's a lot for a meal. Considering I use 4 packets. This definitely has the awesome Asian taste that we love. I find this in my location and the value is good. I do try to find sale prices though.
