I favor Sunbonnets...but I have several of the outdoor boonie hats. They are not just for wearing in the sunshine. It is great to wear while boating, sailing, fishing, four wheeling and on a rainy day. It holds your hair great, even with a scarf. I like the thick cord. Now go get your fishing license! Smiles

Not too tight and also helps with the sun and when it's windy it doesn't fly off but also I get to enjoy it.
