These supplements are easy to take. I wanted them for their digestive properties. I was expecting the capsules to have a strong odor and would cause burping a funky taste. I was surprised that they did not cause any burping or have an aftertaste. This was a thirty day supply and I did not notice any unusual side effects, no heartburn, no upset stomach.

I have no experience with the product because I just received it and haven't yet taken any of it,but I'll be sure to give a review of the product as soon as I begin to test out said product.....

This was an okay supplement. It has all the good ingredients you need however for me, I didn’t really feel a change in my daily habits. The taste wasn’t horrible though like some supplements I’ve taken previously
