As the name says "Black Out", it is actually the darkest kohl pencil I have ever used! Perfect to give a smokey look, but you need to blend it before it gets dry! Otherwise it is hard to blend which is perfect I think. It is smudge proof!! I would definitely restock this product every time I finish! Currently using my 4th pencil in last 5 months!
