Worth the price. I had the worst sinus headache where I couldn’t even lift my head and this made me feel completely under 30min where nothing else I took helped. You need to take 2 capsule every 4-6 hours as needed but I found that one capsule at the start of a flare up was also effective for me. It contains caffeine so none drowsy. The capsules are kinda big so keep that in mind if you struggle take medicine. The box states to store below 25°c, I just keep it on the fridge out of reach of my child.

Anything I’m extremely sick and I can’t breathe this is always my go to. It’s easy to use and you only need to take one pill to feel the full effects. It really helps open your nose if you can’t breathe. When I had a sinus infection I was able to breathe and sleep with this. It’s awesome.
