I tried Stylewe online after having nothing but great experiences with Rosewe, thinking maybe they’re sister companies. Stylewe sent me 2 of every thing I ordered and said that’s what I ordered. I’m 100 percent sure I didn’t because I’m very careful when ordering online. When I reached out to return the double items the email communication was broken and not straight forward, a lot of back and forth to get the end result, which was an address in a city nearby to send the items. They said I would get a refund once received. I followed the instructions carefully, and mailed to the address provided, a warehouse close by. After checking with them about the refund multiple times, they continue to say they never got the items. It’s been several months now.

Well, can't seem to get the product. I order, and wait and wait and wait. They take money up front, but nothing ships, or, the cancel the item after you wait over a month due to "not in stock". You are mislead right from the start. I am hoping to get my refund as promised.

I ordered 5 pcs of clothing. It took weeks for the delivery. I found out the company was outside of the US. I was very dissapointed with the quality of the clothing. Polyester? I thought 2 shirts were just ok but another shirt the graphic design was a cimpletely different color than advertised. Pink/Black vs. Black/Gold? . This was a free item I choose and not offered a replacement. The other 2 pcs were a blue suit. They did not fit and quality was poor. I attempted to return but you have to pay shipping which can be costly given going outside US. The company offered to pay 20% refund if you keep it saying you are paid to keep it. This is ridiculous keeping product you dont want and only getting a fraction of refund. I complained and was offered 55% refund. I did not bother to respond. I will never order from this company again! Slow delivery, poor quality, horrible refund policy and customer service is lacking.
