Took these while going to a event with a lot of people and yeah maybe it could have calmed me down a bit, they were really chewy and hard. The flavor wasn’t the best either. I don’t think I would get again

Effectiveness was ok. Packaging is descriptive. Great value for the money. Normal ingredients. Great texture. Overall a good product. I will definitely get these again.
