I’ve been using a Pilates magic circle for a while now and it’s one of those things that looks simple but actually makes a workout way harder (in a good way). It adds just enough resistance to really feel it, especially for inner thighs, core, and arms. I like that it’s super lightweight and easy to throw into a workout without needing a bunch of equipment. The padded handles make it comfortable to use whether you’re squeezing it between your legs or holding it in your hands. It definitely takes a second to get used to, but once you do, it makes basic Pilates moves feel way more effective. Only downside is if you’re doing a longer workout, your muscles start shaking pretty fast, but that kind of means it’s working. Overall, it’s a really simple piece of equipment that actually makes a noticeable difference.

This is a good circle for beginners. It’s fairly light and if you push too hard, the edges near the handles will end up cracking. However, it’s a good circle for starting out and getting a feel for mat work before investing in a heavier ring.

One of my favorite tools in my Pilates basket! So versatile in its use: the flexibility is there, the durability is there. I have used this for several years with no issue. I absolutely love it
