First of all Dtonewall Kitchen is like a chef's kiss when it comes to their quality and flavors. The Balsamic Fig Dressing is by far my number 1 go to for salad dressing. I generally like to do a panko fried Brie salad with mixed greens and pickled shallots with nuts and fruits. The tanginess balances well with the sweetness of the figs. Ai would highly suggest giving this a try. It's viscosity holds well to your greens and isn't overly runny.
