I have sensitive watery/dry eyes which makes me like this waterproof eyeliner from Stila. It doesn’t smudge if my eyes do water. Usually certain eyeliners smudges and crease, this one doesn’t do that at all!

This is the only eyeliner I will use/buy. It’s so pigment and applies smoothly. You won’t be disappointed using this brand .
