I really love this formula.It works well highly shimmery and or pigmented.So the payoff for one's swipe is pretty good. Once it dries, it pretty much stays there.It does have a little bit of transfer when it comes to the glitter.But you are able to blend with a different color on top.Without the color or the payoff, actually moving

I got this on clearance and I am so glad. I’ve been looking for a green like this for a while. It is buildable and blendable before it dries then it’s set there. I smudged it with my finger after it dried and it didn’t move at all. Very shimmery.
