stila All Over Shimmer Liquid Luminizer
I use this to mix into my bronzer my body bronzer and for my leg lotion I used this by itself on my collarbone my shoulders and I used it on my face to the bottle actually has a lot of product in it and it will last a long long time the Shimmer in it is very intense that's why I really love it
I use the Stila All Over Liquid Shimmer as part of my daily makeup routine. It is so easy to use. .I just add a small amount to my daily foundation and apply as usual. My face is left with a wonderful all around "glow ". It helps to reduce the fine lines and reduces the appearance of my pores. It can be purchased from Sephoria.com. I highly recommend this product.
Surprisingly, I really like this product. It gives your face the highlights and shines that you would want. Great use for everyday. I mostly use it when I go out. I would buy it again since it’s a staple in my makeup bag.
I purchased this before I knew what highlighter was, I think before highlighting was as popular as it is now actually. So it kind of sat at the bottom of my make up bag. But once the hype started, I began to use it and absolutely loveeeee this product. A little goes a very long way, and I like to build my own high light with a brush with this. The only downside I think is that it kind of seems to remove make up around and underneath the product. Maybe I don't apply correctly?
Obsessed with the Stila liquid highlight. Put it on under makeup and over makeup also. Great product that gives that glow without looking so harsh. Love the pink color in this also.
This product is amazing. I purchased it at Marshalls in a Stila package that contained this liquid illuminator, kitten eyeshadow, lip glaze and a bracelet. The liquid illuminator is great; I apply it with a damp beauty sponge/blender. When you open this container, it has a nail polish-like brush. I brush the product onto my beauty sponge and blend it out on the tops of my cheek bones. If I want a super intense highlight, I will also apply a powder highlight on top of this.
Well, I really wanted to love this highlighter! I had done tons of research and wanted something to highlight my cheekbones and give me that "of the moment luminosity" that everyone is raving about. I saw this on my discount shopping site for $10 and thought I would try it! It finally arrived today and I am sad to say that is has fairly large bits of glitter in it and it seems far too clubhopper/disco inferno instead of just a sheer luminous shine. Too bad! I'll have to find a friend who has a younger daughter that likes glitter to the max and let her have it! In the meantime, my quest for the perfect highlighter continues...
I bought this a few years ago. It's very liquid-y, so be careful! It's pretty golden, but I'm my opinion it works for cool toned people as well. Depending on how you build it up it can be pretty intense or subtle. You can also mix it with foundation to give your foundation a dewy finish. Careful putting it on top of setting powder or the other way around because it will become very cakey! It's a nice product but not a must have.
This stuff will last your entire life! You only need a little. I tried this as a highlighter and didn't like how blotchy it was but mixing it into my foundation is awesome! Also you can use this on your skin (shoulders, collar bone, etc.). I think you could use this as a highlighter on the days you aren't wearing any foundation or powder. It'll just add some glow.
Q & A
I usually apply this using a damp beauty sponge/blender. Is there another way you apply it?
How does this compare to Benefit's High Beam?
How much shimmer is inside?
Does this have like an oily residue?, or leave you feeling dry?
I've used a what I think to be a similar product by Bed Head. Is this comparable to a highlighter, and does it have a brush in the lid for application or just an opening?
