I tried the XL and for sizing reference im near a DD-DDD cup. Bra fita amazing, i however took the pads out, as it gave me pointy breasts. The outline of nips arent noticeable without the pads.

These bras were very supportive and flattering. They are great to wear when working out at the gym, and they are very comfortable. They’re also great to just wear in normal clothes!

I have to say the material is VERY soft and has a great stretchy factor to it! I like that it has removable pads. It’s definitely not the most supportive bra but it also feels like you arnt wearing a bra while having a little support at the same time!
