A very respectable merlot, which is not as easy to achieve as you might think. I know merlot is not the crown jewel of red wines, but Sterling does a good job with this. I’d be more selective with food pairings with this brand vs some others (say, Turning Leaf, for example). Sterling also makes an awesome Meritage, which I highly recommend you try!!!

Love this Merlot! We visited Sterling Vineyards and loved the entire experience, and since then we’ve been enjoying their wines!

I found this wine to be Smooth and delicious, I would recommend having it with a hearty pasta dish
