I love my Staub Cast Iron 7-quart round cocotte! It is one of my most used pots in my kitchen for making soups, stews, or roasts. I love that I can sear meat on the stove in this pot and then transfer the entire dish into the oven. I purchased mine during a promotion so I was able to claim the adorable rooster handle that screws on top of the lid. The cast iron pan doesn’t have enamel on it so I can even use this pot on the grill. It is on the heavy side, but most cast iron cookware is heavy because it is so durable and can last forever if you care for it properly. I regularly season my Staub cocotte so it still looks new. This Staub cast iron round cocotte is as beautifully made as it is functional and it would make a great addition to any kitchen.

There is nothing like a Staub Dutch oven. Everything I’ve cooked turns out wonderful and it cleans up so easily and cooks everything so evenly. Must use a potholder when lifting the top.
