This hoop takes some getting use to. I do all kinds of hoops so I wanted a weighted one to use for more of a work out while playing. It can be rough on the hips the first few days, but after that i really enjoyed it! I use this daily and it is an easy almost effortless workout but once you are done you can tell it worked!

I own this and love it, but my dog hates it, too funny. It really works your abs and gets your heart bumping. While you're working your abs, you are also doing more cardio then you realize. If you can hula hoop and love doing it, trust me this is fun, can be challenging but worth it. A little heavy on the stomach, but fight the pain to gain the results

I make my own fitness hoops and i have to say this one really is not the best. If it hurts it's not good. Fighting through pain is not fitness. I have to say anyone interested in hooping/hoop dance should check out Hoop City online. They give helpful tips and also very friendly people to point you in the right direction. Hoop dance and fitness are wonderful for health, and fitness. As always check with your doctor first if you have any back issues etc. to make sure it's right for you.
